Everyone wants to get on the first page of Google for their niche keywords because we all know that’s where the highest quality traffic comes from. But ranking on Google can be a very complicated process, especially if you’re trying to go after highly competitive keywords.
But there is a way to rank on the first page of Google without doing any complicated SEO stuff at all and I’ll show you how.
The strategy is to take advantage of Google’s social search features. Google is extremely fond of personalizing everything you do on the web in the background without you even knowing it. They are constantly monitoring everything you do and personalizing your web experience based on that data.
Even your search results are customized as long as you’re logged into Google while you’re searching (which most people are). So if you go and Google “internet marketing” your search results are going to be different than mine.
If anyone you know has written or shared something about internet marketing, that content is going to show up on the first page of your search results even if it’s not SEO optimized.
This is a major advantage that you can start taking advantage of right now.
1) Write some content on your blog. If you don’t already have a blog I recommend taking a look at this done for you blogging platform and 100% commissions opportunity.
2) Put the keyword you would want people to search for to find your content in the title of the post.
3) Share your content on your Google Plus profile.
4) Include the keyword in your share and write something that would entice people to want to read your post.
5) Add new people to your circles everyday.
By using this strategy, whenever someone who is following you on Google Plus does a search for keywords related to your content, you are almost guaranteed to show up on the first page of their search results.
Plus, Google automatically attaches your Google Plus profile picture to the search results snippet of your content, making it more engaging.
As long as you keep adding people to your circles everyday, you’ll keep growing your circle of influence and more people will see your stuff.
Depending on how large your circle of influence is, things may not always overlap perfectly for you to show up in the search engines. A person has to be following you on Google Plus, interested in your niche, and searching for answers using the keywords you’ve targeted.
You can increase these chances however by paying attention to what your social audience is talking about and having problems with and anticipating their needs in advance and creating content to solve their problems.
This way when they go to search for an answer to their problem, your stuff is already there waiting for them.
This strategy in no way replaces traditional SEO but it is a way for you to potentially pick up some traffic from the search engines without needing to become an SEO guru.
It’s the little things, all working together and implemented on a daily basis that will create success in your business.
